Grow Family Services provides a supportive and empowering space for parents and carers of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to connect, learn, and grow together.

At Grow Family Services, we understand the unique joys and challenges that come with raising children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

As parents and caregivers, we share a common journey filled with moments of triumph, resilience, and unwavering love for our children.

We recognise the importance of solidarity and understanding among individuals navigating similar experiences, which is why we've created Grow Family Services Support Groups where you can find compassion, guidance, and understanding.

I have come across this group recently and have got so much support.

Being completely naive about how the system works, I was clueless. But listening to what other mothers are experiencing and giving my thoughts has made me feel I am not alone and there are people out there who can guide me.

The vast majority of topics covered by professionals give insight and helps us understand our child and ourselves better. The WhatsApp group provides instant help.

I feel grateful to be a part of it.

Thank you so much for all the wonderful things you do through Grow

A really friendly supportive bunch of parents who are all in the same situation.  The talks are informative yet realistic with great input from professional services along with other parents.  No judgment is made, just a hello, a smile and a hot drink.

I have learnt so much and felt so supported attending the evening sessions run by Grow's SEND Support group, which cover so many helpful topics such as behaviour and development in children.

Being part of the group sessions and the group WhatsApp means so much to me.

I am so grateful for everything you are doing for us all.  I really mean it.  This group means the world to me.

Grow has been the community we've been longing for.  Our family feels more supported, seen, understood and validated.  The resources available through the library are brilliant and the sessions put on have been informative and relevant.  I feel more able to navigate the challenges having children with SEND brings.  And there's been fun too which is breath of fresh air!  Thank you Grow

From attending my first support group at Grow I felt so welcomed, listened to and supported.  It feels good to be surrounded by people who totally understand the stresses and pressures of raising SEN kids.  Louise and Janet have created a safe space where you can laugh, cry, vent, ask questions and feel accepted.

We are excited to announce the release of a new film we've created, focused on families with children who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

This film is a reflection of our ongoing commitment to address the challenges faced by these families. By shining a light on the experiences and needs of children with SEND, we hope it will contribute to improving the support systems in place.

We believe that this film will go some way toward making a real difference in how support is provided, offering insights and understanding for both professionals and families alike.

Watch the film and share it!.   https://youtu.be/bZ0vB5HicNE
